利用廢棄的服裝剪下棉布，以三公分為一個單位，每片皆摺成六角形，拼縫成花朵狀，花朵之間相接，可成為一床拼被，如同古早的百納被的意思，現今有更多的圖案花樣的做法，又環保又實用。

Use discarded clothing to cut out the cotton cloth and divide it into units of three centimeters. Each piece is folded into a hexagon and stitched together into a flower shape. The flowers are connected to each other to become a quilt, just like the ancient quilt. Nowadays, there are more patterns that are environmentally friendly and practical.
